Pacific Passage provides a comprehensive marine management service, tailored specifically to the requirements of each owner and each yacht. We design, build and sell yachts, and manage all aspects of yacht operations — including documentation and clearances, accounting, maintenance and marine engineering in partnership with an international certified engineering company.

We also manage all aspects related to hospitality and guest services onboard marine vessels, from food and beverage consulting to provisioning, recruitment and crew management.

Pacific Passage works with luxury on-shore brands too — resorts and hospitality venues — on concept and design, food and beverage consulting and provisioning. Our professional team is based in Indonesia and brings management and operations experience at the highest level.

Crew Management

Pacific Passage assists with all matters pertaining to human resources. Our extensive services include marine and hospitality crew recruitment and training, provision of contracts, payroll, BPJS, crew documentation, leave management, release protocol, time and attendance management and crew guidelines.

Document Management

Full management of vessel documentation as required by Indonesian law and government port authorities, backed up by on-call land-based support. Services include necessary clearances, documentation extensions, emergency documentation, vessel registration, health and safety certification, and HACCP management certification for international food safety standards.

Fueling

We coordinate fueling at the most competitive prices, ensuring provision of quality fuel through well-respected partnerships. Our fully inclusive packages cover permits, logistics, fuel and quality control — a service we offer throughout the Indonesian archipelago.

Ground Support

We arrange all transportation and logistics both on and off shore, including transfers and tickets for national parks. We offer 24/7 support, with health and safety as the utmost priority, and coordinate any logistical medical requirements for crew and clients.

Sourcing & Purchasing

We source the highest quality products and materials at efficient, competitive prices. We partner with international marine engineering companies to import engine parts, service materials and navigation equipment — alongside full purchasing for guest provisions, soft furnishings, linens, spa products, kitchen and dining ware, food & beverages, snorkel and dive equipment.

Dry dock expertise in Bali, Surabaya and Sorong.

Pacific Passage operates dry dock support in Bali, Surabaya and Sorong, Indonesia. We specialise in servicing wooden and steel hull boats.

Management includes alignment, rudder inspection, anti-fouling, pipe and valve inspections and engine inspections.

Our experienced, highly skilled teams ensure each dry dock experience is completed in a timely manner and on a pre-approved budget — for a flawless docking experience.

Provisioning

We have an extensive supply network right across the Indonesian archipelago, which means we can provide everything necessary to run charters and excursions — from dive equipment to spa products, soft furnishings, cabin amenities and fresh flowers. We ship throughout the archipelago and can source any special requirements for guests.

Food & Beverage

We source the freshest, highest quality food and produce at competitive prices. Beverage and alcohol provisions include a range of quality imported international wines and cigars. Our team brings extensive hospitality experience across Asia and a well-established supply network for sourcing the finest products.

Luxury yacht charters are a key component of our partner expeditions, and we have fail-proof provisioning services in place to ensure an optimal experience for guests.

Finance & Accounting

Clear numbers, every week — so owners always know where they stand.

Our comprehensive accounting service incorporates bookkeeping and administrative services, including weekly cash flow statements, monthly P&L reporting, balance sheets and inventory management systems. We also liaise with relevant tax consultants on our clients' behalf.
